20:20 Vision
Following a month of prayer in January the leadership launched a vision for the church on May 20th. The 20:20 Vision consists of a Banner, a statement of who we are as people, a set of actions that flow from who we are, and a set of goals in 2 areas; Discipleship and Mission.
The Banner
Loving God – Loving People – Transforming Communities
We want to be a people who…
- KNOW the love of the father
- are PASSIONATE about Christ
- are FULL of the Holy Spirit
- are SUBMITTED to God’s word
- are ABANDONEDto HIs Will
- are ENJOYING His family
Therefore we will…
- PROCLAIM His Truth and DEMONSTRATE His compassion
- NURTURE wonderful relationships and HEAL broken lives
- LIVE authentically and TRANSFORM our communities
- SERVE and LEAD well, BUILD team and RELEASE potential
- Be COURAGEOUS and GO to the Nations
