While we are awaiting the appointment of a new Lead Pastor, the Church Leaders have put in place some arrangements to fulfil some of Paul’s responsibilities:

Getting in touch

Please do not e-mail in to Paul’s old BEC email address any more.

Rather, you can use use Erica as a first port of call for church leader business. You can, of course, contact any or all the church leaders if you wish, but Erica will be checking emails Monday to Thursday at least. Alison in the office can also pass email or phone messages on.

Other information​

• Karon Newton will work one extra day a week line-managing the staff team members who are Team Leaders i.e. Alex, Alison, Carl and Ryan. Georgina Newton will line-manage Karon and Erica.​

• From 16th Sept, Erica Richmond will work one extra day a week (mostly Monday and Thursday afternoons, with some flexibility) facilitating the work of the Church Leaders: answering e-mail and phone enquiries, co-ordinating Church Leaders’ meeting agendas, meeting with some leaders and trustees in the church on a regular basis, and liaising with Ryan on services.​

• Chris, Erica, Georgina and Mark will all make themselves available to meet with church members and leaders as they are able, and will share the workload of keeping in touch with other churches in Rugby and taking responsibility for things that crop up, such as baptisms and funerals.
